Floor Repair

A few bad boards don't mean you need a new floor. We repair damaged boards, gaps, squeaks and water damage and blend the repair with the existing floor, without replacing more than necessary. Damaged boards are cut out and new ones are woven into the surrounding rows so the joints stay staggered and the patch doesn't read as a square. Where water was the cause, we find where the damage stops before deciding what has to come out. Squeaks are secured at the subfloor, and the repaired area is sanded and stained to match the color and sheen of the rest of the room as closely as possible.
